Graham Bosworth
Graham Bosworth is the former Judge, Pro Tempore, of Section "D" in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.
Graham began his law career in 2005 at the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Graham handled a variety of criminal cases including trials, appeals, post conviction applications, and federal habeas corpus petitions. He has prepared and presented briefs and oral argument in the civil employment discrimination suit, Decorte v. Jordan, 497 F.3d 433 (5th Cir. 2007), before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2010, Graham founded his private practice, focusing primarily on criminal defense. He has handled thousands of cases including trials in both federal and state courts ranging from misdemeanor possession drug cases to murder.
Graham also has extensive experience handling criminal appeals in Louisiana and has prepared and presented numerous briefs and oral arguments before Louisiana Circuit Courts, as well as the Louisiana Supreme Court. Additionally, he has handled briefs and oral arguments before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Graham is a four-time recipient of the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys Blackstone Order and is an Instructor at Tulane University Law School's Trial Advocacy program.

Graham is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts, as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his legal practice, Graham is the former Chair of the Louisiana Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Committee, and has previously served as Co-Chair of the Committee’s Subcommittee on Incarceration Reduction. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys Amicus Committee and Legislative Committee, served as a team leader of the Louisiana Sentencing Commission, and is a longtime volunteer with the Justice and Accountability Center and their “Clean Jacket” criminal conviction expungement program.
When not serving on criminal justice committees, Graham was the previous President of the Mid-City Neighborhood Organization, a founding member of Citizens United Against the Middle-Belt, and is the President of the Southeastern Louisiana Adult Soccer Association.
